Terms and conditions

1. What Extrappl is

Extrappl connects tradespeople with data center, artificial intelligence infrastructure and technology projects in the United States, as well as other industrial and construction projects. We show you projects, receive your interest, and put you in touch with the companies that are hiring.

Extrappl is not your employer. The decision to hire you, the working conditions and the pay are set by the company behind each project.

2. Who can use it

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• The information you give us must be true and yours.
• The phone or email you register must be yours: it is how you sign in to the platform.

3. Your account

You sign in to the platform with a code we send to your WhatsApp or your email. You are responsible for what is done with your account and for telling us if someone else has access to your phone or email.

4. The projects

The information about each project is provided by the hiring company. Pay, per diem, dates and requirements may change. Showing interest in a project does not guarantee you will be hired.

5. Work authorization

Meeting the immigration and employment requirements to work in the United States is your responsibility. Extrappl does not guarantee or process work permits.

6. Cost

Using Extrappl to look for work is free for workers.

7. What is not allowed

• Giving false information or using someone else's contact.
• Impersonating another person or company.
• Copying the content of the site or the platform by automated means.
• Trying to access accounts or data that are not yours, or interfering with the service.

8. Your information and your page

You allow us to show your profile to the companies of the projects you are interested in. If you publish your free web page, what you put on it will be visible to anyone with the link until you unpublish it.

9. Communications

We will write to you by WhatsApp or email about the projects you are interested in and about your process. We will send you other opportunities only if you agreed to it, and you can ask us to stop at any time.

10. Liability

Extrappl is provided as is. We are not responsible for the decisions of companies, the conditions of the jobs, or the information they publish, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You can stop using Extrappl and ask us to delete your data at any time, as explained in the privacy notice.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.

13. Changes

If we change these terms, we will publish the new version on this page with its date. If the change is significant, we will ask you to accept it again.
